VANCOUVER – The Vancouver Community Library will celebrate its fifth anniversary Sunday.
From 1 p.m. to 4 p.m., there will be a free ice-cream social organized by Friend of Vancouver Library on the south lawn outside the building at 901 C St.
Inside the library, there will be live music from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. in the Columbia Room, as well as craft activities.
The library opened its doors on July 17, 2011.
