Five people were injured, two seriously, in a head-on crash on Northeast Yale Bridge Road in north Clark County, according to the Washington State Patrol.
The crash occurred about 7:15 p.m. Saturday near Milepost 27.3 and involved a van and a pickup, said WSP Trooper Will Finn.
Finn said alcohol impairment appears to have played a role in the crash, which is being investigated as a vehicular assault.
The names and conditions of those involved in the crash were not available Saturday evening.
