Vancouver — Friends of the Carpenter will host its 14th annual auction to support the programs at the faith-based day facility that offers woodworking activities. The nonprofit’s dinner and auction is 5:30 to 9 p.m. Oct. 22 at the Hilton Vancouver Washington, 301 W. Sixth St.
