Vancouver — St. Joseph Catholic Church is hosting a discussion about Vancouver’s affordable housing measure, which will be on the November ballot.
The dinner and discussion will follow the 5 p.m. Mass on both Sept. 10 and 11 in Marian Hall at the St. Joseph parish, 400 S. Andresen Road, Vancouver.
