Washington Secretary of State Kim Wyman will be in Vancouver at 10 a.m. Monday at Clark College in the student center to speak with veterans and students about the Vote in Honor of a Vet program.
From 1:30 to 3 p.m., Wyman will be at Washington State University Vancouver in the Firstenburg student commons to speak with students about civic engagement.
