Washougal — Thirteen Washougal High School students were named to the North County High School Honor Band, which is made up of students throughout Clark County. The students will learn music, rehearse and perform at a concert. The students from Washougal honored are: Madelyn Ault, flute; Hayden Mason, tenor sax; Ryan Anderson, trumpet; Ryan Perkins, string bass; Katie Eck, flute; Katie Boon, flute; Phoebe Walker, clarinet; Tessa Anderson, clarinet; Emma Hein, clarinet; Bridgette McCarthy, auto sax; Scott Anderson, percussion; and Emily Johnson, trumpet.
