Vancouver – The city of Vancouver is extending its public comment deadline for the Affordable Housing fund application guideline to 5 p.m. Feb. 3, according to a press release from the city.
Draft application guidelines can be viewed online at www.cityofvancouver.us/AffordableHousingFund. Comments can be submitted by email to AffordableHousingComments@cityofvancouver.us, by mail to Community and Economic Development, Attn: Peggy Sheehan, P.O. Box 1995, Vancouver, WA 98668-1995, or by calling Peggy Sheehan at 360-487-7952.
The city will make applications available for 2017 funding starting in March. After a public hearing during the summer, the Vancouver City Council will vote on how to allocate the money.
