No one was injured when a sport-utility vehicle crashed through a fence and into a house in the Felida area Monday morning, according to Clark County Fire District 6.

District spokesman David Schmitke said firefighters were called to 3601 N.W. 122nd St. at about 6:20 a.m., and found that a newer-model Ford Escape had slammed into a house.

Schmitke said the driver, the only one in the car, has a history of seizures. The driver said he didn’t have one during the crash, but said “something didn’t feel right,” Schmitke said.

The driver was wearing a seat belt and wasn’t hurt. Firefighters examined him at the scene, and he declined treatment, Schmitke said.

The homeowners — two parents and three children — were inside the house during the crash, and also weren’t hurt.

The crash knocked out a couple of 2-by-6 boards and damaged some siding and an interior wall, Schmitke said.
