The right lane of Interstate 5 southbound reopened shortly after 9 a.m. after it was partially blocked near Main Street in Vancouver due to a rollover crash.
The two-vehicle crash occurred was reported at 8:07 a.m. It involved a passenger car and a minivan. No injuries were reported.
Trooper Will Finn said that a preliminary investigation shows that a distracted driver caused the crash.
Traffic was stop-and-go to Northeast 63rd Street, according to Washington State Department of Transportation.
